How often will items be available?

On average, I typically go Bandit shopping a couple times a week and put up what I find in my Insta stories.

How do I enable my notifications on Instagram

Go to the @likeabandit Instagram page. Tap “following”, then enable stories and posts.

How do I know my size?

We recommend knowing your size including your Euro size so that you can buy with confidence.

How do I know if the items are authentic?

All items are bought directly from the brand’s store, or other reputable stores.


How long does it take for my order to ship?

Items process and ship in about 7 business days.

Can I cancel my order?

Once a transaction has processed, you cannot cancel the order since all items are final sale.

Why does my shipping address have to match my billing address?

To prevent fraud, we require the billing and shipping address to be the same.

Do I have to register to place an order?

There is no registration needed to make a purchase. However, creating an account will allow you to access the “Shop” section of the website to see all current items and their available sizes.

Why are there no returns?

Items are final sale as they are for me when I purchase them.

Do you keep any items in stock?

Unfortunately, items are rarely in stock. Like a Bandit provides a live personal shopping experience which means you are virtually present with the shopper when they are out shopping. Stay updated and act quick before items get sold!

Will you save my personal information?

We respect your privacy and keep all your personal information confidential. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information.


Do you ship outside the US?

At this time, we only provide shipping in the United States.

Can I track my order?

As soon as we ship your item, you will receive an email with your tracking confirmation to stay updated on where your package is.

Why did the attempted delivery fail?

It may be due to an incorrect shipping address. Please check the address on the confirmation email to ensure the proper address was used.

Will my package require a signature upon delivery?

Only items over $1000 will require a signature upon delivery. If you are not present at first attempt the carrier will try one more time to deliver before shipping back to Like A Bandit.

If returned to Like A Bandit, the customer will be charged the same shipping fee from the original delivery.


I’m having trouble logging in, what can I do?

Upon signing up, you should have received a welcome email with “Sign up complete” as the headline in the email.

If received, we know your email address was entered correctly, and your username is listed within that email.

How can I reset my password?

1. From the Login page, click the “Forgot password” link.

2. On the Reset Password page, enter the email used to create your account and click “Email me a reset link” button.

3. You should receive an email from “” with the subject “Like A Bandit Password Reset”. Click reset link.
(If you don’t see an email, please check your junk mail.)

4. On the Reset Password page, enter your new password and click “Reset password” button.

5. You should then see a message saying “Your password has now been reset”

What happens if I didn’t get a welcome email upon signing up?

First, check your junk mail to make sure it didn’t end up there.

If not, there’s a slight chance your email might have been filled out wrong. Try to sign up again, using a different username than you used the first time.

I forgot my username, how can I find it?

You should have received an email when you first signed up. The username you used should be listed there.
